LOOKING FOR A LEAD OT ROLE?

A local clinician-owned private practice is seeking an experienced OT for a supervisory role. This role includes treating a caseload about 3-4 days per week, with 1-2 days set aside for lead and mentorship responsibilities. Supervision is needed in schools and clinic, and some tasks can be done remotely from home! Plenty of flexibility to build a position that works for YOU.

About the Role

• Flexibility: Build a role that works for your needs
• Provide mentorship and supervision to OTAs and grad students
• Treat a pediatric caseload and build rapport with families and staff
• Work in clinic and schools
• Complete evaluations and paperwork for MET reports and IEPs
• Attend meetings (some flexibility for virtual attendance!)
• Collaborate with experienced OTs, SLPs, and PTs in a well-established team

Ideal Candidate

• Active AZ Occupational Therapy license.
• AZDOE teaching credential
• Ability to work in person in Tempe (with Valleywide options for schools)
• Pediatric experience
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to make an impact.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to therapy and leadership
