Leadership Role | Pediatric Occupational Therapist in Chandler, AZ
Seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) with a passion for the pediatric population! Join an established outpatient clinic and step into a leadership role as the OT program grows! Must have a passion for working with children and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
Exciting time to join! OT was recently added to the existing services offered and we're looking to expand the department with the right team. This is a unique opportunity to build a program from the ground level \-- start with a caseload and step into mentorship and supervision as the program grows!
Feeding therapy is central to services -- whether you're already highly experienced or want to learn more, an interest in feeding is a must!
Position Overview:
- Clinic-based, in person
- Full-time W-2 position
- On-target earnings: $94-105k+/year depending on clinical experiences, schedule, and skills
- Generous bonus structure: flat $500 weekly bonus when providing 25+ direct service hours in a week!
- Collaborate with a skilled interdisciplinary team in a boutique, clinician-managed private practice setting
- Grow your skills in pediatric feeding!
- Emphasis on sensory integration
- Participate in program development projects such as gym design, materials purchasing, scheduling practices, and the overall integration of OT with existing disciplines
- Reduced caseload - while you will start off with a direct caseload, this will grow into a leadership & supervisory role!
- Serve as a hands-on mentor for newer clinicians
Qualifications:
- Arizona Occupational Therapy license (assistance provided if license is in process!)
- 5+ years of pediatric therapy experience
- Ability to work in person in Chandler, AZ
- An energetic & upbeat personality - ready to have fun with kids and collaborate with their families!
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- An eagerness to collaborate on a daily basis
- A passion for helping children thrive
