What You’ll Do
As a Lead Technician, you’ll be the face of our company in the field. This role gives you ownership of your route, your customers, and your day. You will:
Run your assigned service route with confidence and efficiency
Deliver high-quality mosquito and pest treatments that keep homes protected
Build strong customer relationships through dependable service and clear communication
Ability to train new hires
Keep detailed service records and follow established treatment protocols
Maintain your equipment and vehicle to company standards
Identify opportunities to educate customers on additional services
Problem-solve on the fly like the seasoned pro you're becoming
Who Thrives Here?
We want self-starters with grit, pride in their work, and a love for being outdoors. The ideal candidate has:
A High School diploma or GED
1–3 years of pest control experience preferred (but we train the right person)
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
A team-first attitude and a desire to grow with a fast-moving company
Flexibility to work occasional weekends when needed
