Pay: $38 to $42 per hour
Location: Reno, NV

AllMed Staffing is seeking an experienced Lead Phlebotomist to support a federal healthcare facility serving our nation's Veterans. This long term assignment offers a stable schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to lead a dedicated laboratory team.

Available Shift

• Monday through Friday
• 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection procedures
• Coordinate daily phlebotomy operations
• Serve as primary point of contact between laboratory leadership and staff
• Assist with scheduling, workflow management, and training
• Support specimen processing and accessioning
• Ensure compliance with laboratory policies and quality standards
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of phlebotomy experience
• National phlebotomy certification preferred
• Previous lead, charge, or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to pass federal background screening requirements
