About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive and social development.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for children.

Assess and monitor each child's progress and provide feedback to parents.

Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience.

Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom setting.

Facilitate daily activities that encourage exploration and creativity.

Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and company policies.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

State certification or licensure in early childhood education.

At least 2 years of experience in a lead teaching role or similar position.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.

Ability to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.

Passion for early childhood education and child development.

First Aid and CPR certification preferred.

Willingness to work as part of a collaborative team.
