About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead PreK Room Teacher to join our team at Precious Angels Christian Academy in Clinton Township, MI. As a key member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children in a nurturing and supportive Christian environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans

Provide a safe and loving environment for children to learn and grow

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress

Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom aides

Observe and assess children's developmental needs and progress

Requirements:

Minimum: Child Development Associate certificate in Early Childhood Education

State certification or licensure for teaching early childhood education

Experience working with young children in a classroom setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for providing a nurturing and educational environment for children
