Responsibilities

Lead a structured Pre-K classroom focused on readiness skills

Build independence, responsibility, and problem-solving skills

Foster emotional regulation and social confidence

Implement developmentally appropriate literacy and math foundations

Prepare children for group instruction expectations

Maintain strong communication with families

Collaborate with leadership on program refinement

Ideal Candidate

2+ years classroom teaching experience (Pre-K or Kindergarten preferred)

Strong classroom management skills

Experience with structured group instruction

Understanding of kindergarten expectations and standards

Calm, emotionally steady presence

Excellent communication skills
