About the Role:

Join Precious Little One Child Care Center as a Lead Preschool 3-Year-Old Teacher in Dallas, GA! This exciting opportunity allows you to nurture and inspire young minds in a loving and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for 3-year-old children.

Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.

Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.

Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and activities.

Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom volunteers.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning.

Conduct regular assessments to track student development and growth.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

Previous experience teaching preschool-aged children is essential.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.

Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.

Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators.

CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Positive attitude and a commitment to creating a nurturing environment.
