Lead Preschool Teacher – Inspire, Lead, Grow

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that promote intellectual, social-emotional, and creative growth
Guide and mentor assistant teachers and aides, ensuring a collaborative and effective classroom team
Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports individual learning styles
Develop classroom routines that balance structured learning, play, rest, and physical activity
Build strong, positive relationships with students and their families through regular communication and partnership
Monitor and document children’s progress and development through assessments, portfolios, and observations
Ensure compliance with licensing and health & safety standards
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events
Qualifications:
Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) college credits (Associate or Bachelor’s in ECE or related field preferred)
At least 2 years of classroom experience, with leadership or mentoring experience strongly preferred
Deep understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, proactive, and patient demeanor
Ability to manage a classroom with confidence and compassion
