What You'll Do:

Plan engaging, developmentally appropriate activities aligned with Primrose Balanced Learning® tailored for 3-4 yr old children

Ensure daily supervision, safety, and developmental support for preschool children

Maintain a welcoming, nurturing classroom environment

Conduct parent-teacher conferences & child assessments

Adhere to Primrose curriculum and policies

Collaborate with leadership for continuous improvement

We’re Looking For:

Enthusiastic, growth-minded educators

Lead Teacher qualified (Colorado ECT Certification required)

Preferred: 1+ year experience in Early Childhood Education or Childcare, specifically with 3 - 4 yr aged children

CPR and CDA Certification (preferred)

Flexibility and passion for teaching young children

Must pass Colorado Background Check & Trails
