Our preschool program focuses on whole-child development through structured learning, play, and positive relationships.

    Position Summary

    We are seeking a confident, knowledgeable, and passionate Lead Preschool Teacher to lead a preschool classroom. The Lead Preschool Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing curriculum, managing the classroom environment, mentoring assistant teachers, and fostering strong partnerships with families. This role requires a strong foundation in early childhood education and a commitment to professional growth.

    Education Requirement (Mandatory)

    Must be currently enrolled in an Early Childhood Education (ECE) program OR

    Must have already completed an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

    Additional Qualifications

    Previous experience leading or co-leading a preschool classroom

    Strong understanding of preschool development and kindergarten readiness skills

    Ability to meet state licensing and TLE requirements

    CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

    Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead and manage a preschool classroom in alignment with TLE standards and state regulations

    Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities

    Create a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment

    Observe, assess, and document children’s developmental progress

    Supervise, mentor, and support assistant teachers

    Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom

    Build strong, professional relationships with families through regular communication

    Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements

    Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
