    About the Role

    We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role is responsible for leading a classroom, designing engaging learning experiences, and creating a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for preschool-aged children.

    The ideal candidate is a confident educator who is committed to early learning, positive classroom culture, and child development.

    Key Responsibilities

    Plan and implement age-appropriate preschool curriculum and activities.

    Create a safe, structured, and engaging classroom environment.

    Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

    Lead daily classroom routines including learning activities, group time, meals, and transitions.

    Observe, assess, and document student progress and developmental milestones.

    Communicate regularly with families regarding student growth and classroom updates.

    Supervise and support assistant teachers and classroom staff.

    Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, health, and safety standards.

    Qualifications

    High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred).

    Experience working in a preschool or early childhood education setting required.

    Prior experience as a lead teacher or classroom leader preferred.

    Strong knowledge of child development and early learning practices.

    Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

    Preferred Skills

    Experience with preschool curriculum planning and implementation.

    Strong classroom management and positive guidance strategies.

    Ability to build a warm, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.

    CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
