This is not a typical paralegal role. You will be the engine behind the probate process, responsible for managing cases with minimal attorney involvement, ensuring an exceptional client experience, and driving matters forward efficiently and accurately. Qualifications: • Experience in managing a full caseload of probate and estate administration matters independently. • Ability to draft and prepare all necessary probate documents with precision and efficiency. • Proven track record of handling court filings and meeting all deadlines without oversight. • Strong communication skills to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear guidance and updates. • Experience in asset coordination, including identifying, valuing, collecting, and distributing estate assets. • Ability to identify potential issues early and take initiative to resolve them effectively. • Proficiency in maintaining organized and up-to-date files within a case management system is essential for success in this role. Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 yearly
