    Job Summary

    The Lead Processor is responsible for overseeing daily order processing operations, ensuring all client orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. This role provides leadership to the processing team, coordinates daily priorities, supports employee training, and helps maintain productivity and operational excellence within a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Review Slack channels and internal communications to identify priorities, updates, and action items.

    Ensure all orders are staged in appropriate pick locations for packers throughout the day.

    Assign daily priorities and communicate expectations to the processing team.

    Monitor team productivity and workflow to ensure operational goals are met.

    Process bulk orders and support single-order processing as needed.

    Ensure timely and accurate processing of all client orders.

    Communicate any issues that prevent orders from being processed.

    Support packers on the warehouse floor and assist with training using approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

    Conduct weekly meetings with the processing team to discuss updates, performance, and training opportunities.

    Attend weekly management training meetings.

    Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or order processing experience required.

    Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

    Experience with ShipHero or a similar warehouse management system preferred.

    Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
