HomeSmiles is hiring a Lead Property Maintenance and Repair Technician who wants a hands-on property maintenance and repair serving residential and commercial properties. Compensation: $35-40 per hour Employment Type: Subcontractor (1099), starts out at Part-Time equivalent hours, transitioning to Full-Time Experience Level: Mid level to Senior Job Title: Lead Property Maintenance and Repair Tech / Craftsman

What You'll Do:

Oversee, manage, and execute routine home maintenance services

Lead and mentor a team of technicians

Ensure customer satisfaction with exceptional service quality

Requirements:

Proven experience in property maintenance or related field

Ability to work independently and be reliable

Ability to manage and coordinate incoming jobs between your and Customer's schedules

Your own transportation (vehicle) and tools. Ability to travel throughout Denver in a single day's work.

Strong leadership and communication skills
