Lead Quality Inspector – Ontario, NY

Summary: Seeking an experienced Lead Quality Inspector to support quality operations, ensuring compliance with standards and driving continuous improvement across production and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform FAI, in-process, and final inspections.

Lead root-cause investigations and CAPA actions.

Maintain supplier quality and calibration records.

Support APQP, PPAP, and change control activities.

Develop inspection procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation.

Requirements:

AS degree or equivalent experience.

3+ years in manufacturing/quality (ISO 9001:2015 preferred).

Strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills; CMM/PC-DMIS experience a plus.

Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (Epicor preferred).
