Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Follow the team plan • Lead follow up • Database mastery • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Present yourself in a professional manner • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Great communication Compensation: $200,000 at plan
