    Lead Clinical Operations in a High-Performing Outpatient Practice

    We are a growing Physician -led outpatient Vein & Aesthetic practice in South Jersey seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with management experience to lead and oversee all clinical operations while remaining actively involved in patient care.

    This is a hands-on leadership role for a nurse who has already managed staff, understands accountability, and can bring structure, organization, and efficiency to a busy procedural practice.

    Key Responsibilities

    Clinical Leadership

    Oversee daily clinical operations and patient flow

    Supervise Medical Assistants and ensure efficient workflow

    Maintain consistency in clinical protocols and procedures

    Staff Management

    Direct, train, and manage clinical staff

    Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations

    Address performance issues and maintain accountability

    Aesthetic Services Support

    Assist in development and growth of aesthetic offerings

    Support and collaborate with Physician and Nurse Practitioner performing injectables

    (If trained) perform aesthetic procedures within scope and protocol

    Operations & Systems

    Identify inefficiencies and implement workflow improvements

    Help standardize procedures and training processes

    Oversee supply management and inventory

    Qualifications

    Active RN license (New Jersey) (Required)

    2+ years of prior leadership or supervisory experience required

    Experience in outpatient, procedural or aesthetic setting preferred

    Interest or experience in aesthetic medicine strongly preferred

    Strong organizational and decision-making skills
