What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems

Perform service, repair, and installation work

Educate customers and provide options — not pressure or high-pressure sales

Maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism

Build trust-based relationships with customers

Work closely with dispatch and leadership to deliver exceptional service

Maintain accurate job documentation and invoicing

Help mentor apprentices and contribute to a positive team culture

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicle

Qualifications

Residential plumbing service experience preferred

Knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Journeyman / Red Seal license preferred but not required

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
