    Classroom Resource Coordinator

    Primrose School of East Cobb at Sprayberry is seeking a Resource Coordinator to join our leadership support team. This role requires a versatile professional who can coordinate classroom resources, support daily school operations, step into classrooms as needed, and ensure smooth closing procedures each day.

    Compensation & Schedule

    $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience and education

    Monday–Friday | 9:0 AM – 6:00 PM

    No nights, weekends, or major holidays

    Key Responsibilities

    Assist with front desk reception oversight and daily operational coordination

    Ensure closing procedures are completed accurately each day

    Monitor classrooms to ensure licensing compliance, ratios, and safety standards

    Collaborate with leadership on classroom management and educational support needs

    Conduct regular classroom walkthroughs and ratio checks

    Maintain professional communication with families and staff

    Provide classroom coverage and teaching support when needed

    Qualifications

    Must meet state childcare licensing requirements

    CDA, TCC, or Associates degree required

    1-3 years previous teaching or assistant teaching position in a licensed early childhood, daycare, preschool, PreK or childcare program required

    Knowledge of the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children

    Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations
