What You’ll Do
Lead field operations with precision, safety, and professionalism
Execute restoration tasks to industry and NYS compliance standards
Manage equipment, inventory, and truck readiness (Albi scanning required)
Communicate daily with clients and Project Managers
Identify scope growth opportunities and ensure accurate documentation
Maintain spotless, organized job sites and uphold UWRG standards
Deliver consistent 5-star experiences on every project

Zero missing equipment and fully stocked trucks

Thorough documentation every day through our job management system (Albi)

What You Need
Restoration, construction, or related trade experience (lead experience a plus)
Mold, Fire, OSHA 10, or other applicable restoration/safety certifications a plus
Valid NYS Driver’s License
IICRC Water Restoration Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
DOT/CMV Certification (or ability to earn within 90 days)
Strong communication and tech skills
Ability to lift/carry equipment and work in fast-paced environments
Availability for rotating on-call schedule (nights/weekends)
