About the Role:

Join Rytech of Raleigh as a Lead Restoration Technician, where you'll play a crucial role in restoring homes and businesses affected by fire, water, and mold damage. Responsibilities:

Oversee restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Perform water extraction, mold remediation, and fire damage restoration.

Conduct thorough assessments and develop action plans for restoration.

Manage and train a team of restoration technicians.

Communicate with clients to provide updates and address concerns.

Maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.

Collaborate with insurance companies and adjusters as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in restoration services, particularly in fire, water, and mold remediation.

Relevant certifications (IICRC: WRT, AMRT, FRST, OCT) preferred.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.

Ability to work in high-pressure situations and adapt to changing environments.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment as needed.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
