We are on the lookout for a skilled, motivated Lead Technician ready to grow into a Project Manager role! This position offers a dedicated Growth Track and Career Advancement opportunities within a dynamic startup environment.

Required Experience

Strong restoration field experience (water, fire, mold) required.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Effectively perform all mitigation and restoration services the company offers.

Complete appropriate restoration documentation (drying logs, equipment logs, sketches).

Communicate and supervise project objectives with technicians.

Inspect completed work.

Perform basic equipment maintenance and maintain toolbox

Perform basic vehicle maintenance

Participate in 24 Hour on-call shifts.

Communicate effectively with customers

Valid driver’s license.

High school diploma/GED

Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including climbing ladders, working at heights and in tight spaces, and lifting heavy objects (lifting up to 75 pounds)
