    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Lead Robotic Welder and Programmer to oversee robotic welding operations, ensure high-quality welds, and support production efficiency. This hands-on leadership role involves programming and operating robotic welding systems, performing manual MIG and TIG welding, troubleshooting production issues, and guiding team members to maintain consistent performance and safety standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Program, set up, and operate robotic welding systems.
    • Perform manual MIG and TIG welding to meet production and quality requirements.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and weld symbols accurately.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve welding, programming, and production issues.
    • Oversee weld process setup and ensure adherence to established procedures.
    • Monitor and inspect weld quality to ensure compliance with specifications.
    • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications ****

    • Minimum 3 years of experience with robotic welding systems and various welding equipment.
    • MIG and TIG welding proficiency with proven ability to meet quality standards.
    • Strong ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
    • Prior lead or supervisory experience required.
    • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of weld process setup and equipment maintenance.
    • Basic computer proficiency ( Outlook, Word, Excel ).
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to stand, walk, and work with tools for extended periods.
    • Regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs.
    • Perform physical tasks such as kneeling, crouching, and climbing.
    • Vision requirements include close, color, and depth perception.
