About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead SAP MM & PM Solution Architect to spearhead the architecture, design, and implementation of Materials Management (MM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions for large-scale projects within the Telecom domain. This role requires a visionary leader who can translate complex business requirements into robust SAP solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. You will be instrumental in driving business transformation and providing strategic guidance to cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of SAP MM & PM solutions for large-scale Telecom projects.

• Conduct workshops, blueprinting, and design sessions to create robust MM & PM architectures that align with business requirements and facilitate business transformation.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAP MM & PM solutions.

• Develop comprehensive technical designs and system integration strategies, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards for various interface types including File, API, and KAFKA Messaging.

• Oversee the end-to-end configuration, customization, and optimization of different SAP modules.

• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP BRIM, SAP SD) and third-party systems.

• Proactively identify functional and technical gaps and provide optimal solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Provide thought leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior team members and stakeholders.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP technologies and propose innovative designs and solutions.

Essential Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience (8+ years) as a Senior SAP MM & PM Consultant.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP MM & PM modules, including all necessary configurations.

• Proven SAP implementation experience within the Telecom domain.

• Comprehensive understanding of SAP Master Data.

• Familiarity with other SAP modules such as SAP BRIM and SAP SD.

• SAP S/4HANA Certification.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with API and KAFKA Messaging integrations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
