We are currently expanding our team and seeking a Lead Sales Assistant that is focused on driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. This is the perfect opportunity to interact with clients on a daily basis to create a supportive and meaningful community!

POSITION:

The Lead Sales Assistant will oversee all studio sales functionality

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead generation including Grass Roots marketing and networking

Execute community outreach initiatives to generate new client leads and increase studio foot traffic

Membership and retail sales

Supervise Sales Representatives

Enforce studio policies and procedures

Provide exceptional level of customer service at the studio to existing members via face-to-face service, phone and email

Become proficient at ClubReady software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and possible sales opportunities

Contact prospects/leads and enroll them in a membership

Drive and retain retail and membership sales

Participate in as many networking/community events in the surrounding community and studio promotions as possible

REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred

Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps

Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail

Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone

Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment

A passion for fitness

COMPENSATION & PERKS:

Hourly base rate plus commission
