As our Lead Sales Manager, you'll be instrumental in achieving revenue targets and supporting our continued growth. This strategic leadership role requires a hands-on approach to developing and implementing effective sales strategies, cultivating strong relationships with clients and industry partners, and analyzing market trends. You'll focus on both team development and customer engagement, playing a critical role in our success. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company revenue targets. • Lead, coach, and motivate your sales team to achieve peak performance. • Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities within our target markets. • Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients and stakeholders. • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations to ensure sales strategies align with overall company objectives. • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to refine sales tactics. • Prepare and present comprehensive sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to leadership. • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. • Proactively problem-solve to close any gaps between performance and goals. • Prepare and deliver quotes, recommending the best services to meet customer needs. • Ensure adherence to all company policies, including safety, human resources, and accounting. • Maintain a strong safety and compliance culture, staying current on OSHA, DOT, EPA, and other applicable regulatory body rules and requirements. Qualifications: • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field (MBA preferred), or equivalent practical experience. • 10+ years of progressive sales experience , with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in an industrial or B2B environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). • A valid Driver’s License with a clean record. • The ability to travel frequently and reliably commute. Highly Preferred Qualifications • Knowledge of Title 40. • 3+ years of industry-specific experience. • OSHA certification(s) (10/30/40).
