What You'll Do:

Perform roof inspections and identify storm or age-related damage

Educate homeowners on the insurance and retail replacement process

Present estimates and sign restoration agreements

Manage homeowner relationships from inspection through installation

Work company-provided inbound leads and generate your own opportunities

Mentor junior sales representatives and support their development

Represent BCR with professionalism and enthusiasm in the community

What You Bring:

Sales Degree or 3+ years of proven success in a sales role, especially with inbound lead conversion

Strong communication, follow-through, and closing skills

Confidence and discipline to manage your time and pipeline independently

Experience or ability to guide and mentor others—leadership qualities are key

Comfortable inspecting roofs (training provided)

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Smartphone capable of capturing photos and video

Compensation & Benefits:

$30,000 Base Salary

9% Uncapped Commission on monthly revenue above $40,000

Estimated annual earnings: $95,000 – $175,000+
