    The Role You will Play

    • The Lead / Senior Lease Administrator will manage a growing portfolio of retail leases, with a strong focus on small retail and franchise properties.
    • In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for monthly reporting, CAM reconciliations, portfolio management, and direct client support.
    • This role is also responsible for abstracting and tracking rent schedules, escalations, renewals, options, and critical dates while delivering timely and accurate monthly reporting to clients.
    • You will be entrusted to serve as a primary client contact with prompt, professional responsiveness as well as handle escalated lease administration and reconciliation matters.
    • The successful Lead / Senior Lease Administrator will be on a path towards leadership where you will supervise and mentor an existing lease administration team.
