Lead Server – Join Our Team

We’re looking for an experienced, confident Lead Server to join our front-of-house team. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and delivers exceptional guest experiences night after night.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and support the service team during shifts

Ensure smooth, efficient dining room operations

Provide top-tier hospitality and handle guest concerns with professionalism

Assist with training and mentoring new team members

Communicate effectively with kitchen and management to maintain flow of service

Help uphold service standards, cleanliness, and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of serving experience (lead or supervisory experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure

Team-first mindset with a strong work ethic

Availability for evenings and weekends
