Lead Server – Pathway to Floor Manager 📍 Nexus Brewery & Restaurant – Albuquerque, NM 💵 $14/hr + tips to start | 30–35 hrs/week 👤 Reports to: Floor Manager

We’re looking for a hospitality-driven Lead Server ready to grow into a leadership role.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and support FOH team during service

Deliver warm, consistent, high-quality guest experiences

Help with floor charts, sidework, and team coaching

Handle cashouts, balance deposits, and close out accurately

Promote Nexus Neighbor program + upsell menu features

What You Bring:

1+ year of restaurant experience

Strong communication + leadership potential

Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling

21+ with or able to get alcohol server certification
