Lead Service Plumber – Residential. Be Part of a Growing Company!

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Plumber Lead or Advisor to oversee field operations, mentor technicians, and ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who takes pride in leadership, efficiency, and delivering exceptional service.

As a Lead Plumber, you will play a critical role in building and developing our plumbing team while maintaining our reputation for professionalism, integrity, and technical excellence.

Competitive Base hourly pay + performance incentives (compensation structure will be based on experience)

Up to 12K sign-on bonus if licensed and min. 8 years of exp.

Full-time W-2 employment — no seasonal layoffs

You’ll Be a Fit If:

You have a min. of 8 years of experience in residential service plumbing

Oversee installation of water heaters, boilers, fixtures, drain, and repiping projects

Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding scope of work and pricing

Support revenue goals through accurate diagnostics and ethical upselling

You have a valid and clean driver’s license and background check.

CRM/service titan and current CT plumbing P2, or P1, or J2, or D2, or D1, or S2 license strongly desired
