Lead Sign Installer & Fabricator
FASTSIGNS – Kent, WA $25–$30/hour DOE | Full-Time
FASTSIGNS Kent is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Sign Installer who brings big positive energy, strong craftsmanship, and the ability to think on their feet while planning ahead with purpose.
We are a tight-knit, high-energy team that takes pride in our work and our relationships within the local business community. Our installers represent our brand every day on job sites, so we’re looking for someone who is professional, approachable, optimistic, and ready to take ownership of their work.
If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and making things happen, this could be a great fit. Our ideal candidate can lead installations in the field and support production between installs while collaborating with our team to deliver outstanding results.
We maintain a steady pipeline of B2B signage projects across interior, exterior, and vehicle graphics applications.

Responsibilities
Install and assist with fabrication of a wide variety of signage projects, including:
Vehicle lettering, spot graphics, and partial wraps
Perforated window film and vinyl applications
Wall murals and large-format graphic installations
ADA signage and interior sign systems
Dimensional letters and lobby branding installations
Post & panel ground signs and exterior building signage
Site measurements and surveys
Aerial and scissor lift installations (Certification a plus!)
You will also support the production team between installs and learn to operate equipment such as:
Laminator
Plotter
Fabrication tables
Opportunity to train on our high-speed Colex cutter
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of professional sign installation experience
Strong vinyl application skills (vehicles, walls, windows, and floors)
Big positive energy and a team-first mindset
Ability to think on your feet and solve installation challenges
Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
Professional and approachable with customers and the local business community
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Clear communication with teammates and customers
Vinyl installation certifications are a plus.
Physical Requirements
Ability to climb and safely work on 6–10 ft ladders
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
Willingness to work from aerial or scissor lifts
Ability to lift and maneuver materials (50–100 lbs)
Comfortable using basic power tools and installation equipment
Able to spend extended periods on your feet
