    Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in Olathe, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Lead Spa Associate. You're a critical link in ensuring our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than outstanding, while also providing essential support and leadership to our front desk team.

    Responsibilities

    As a Lead Spa Associate, you'll ensure operational efficiency, deliver customer service excellence, manage retail, and support your team. Your key responsibilities include:

    Meet membership sales goals.

    Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and efficient scheduling.

    Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, building lasting relationships, and resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.

    Manage retail inventory and develop strategies to meet retail sales targets.

    Train and mentor Spa Associates on customer service best practices and product knowledge.

    Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, assisting in onboarding new associates and providing ongoing guidance.

    Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu of services (we'll train you!).

    Capable of working flexible hours.

    Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients.

    Uphold spa cleanliness standards.

    Bring a positive and energetic attitude.

    Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.

    Perform various other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

    Must be 18 years old or older.

    Must be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail.

    Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Prior experience in customer service and a demonstrated ability to lead or mentor others is a plus.
