This role is for a full-time Spa Concierge Lead, a vital part of our team's success! The Woodhouse Day Spa - Peachtree City strives to create a unique spa experience for each of our guests and cannot achieve this without talented team members who have passion for what they do, balanced with a personal commitment to our company mission, the ability to manage others, and a desire to learn and grow.

More specifically, our Lead Spa Concierge will:

Use organization skills and an astute attention for detail to make sure that the spa remains magazine ready and hospitality team members are equipped with the information and marching orders that they need to execute productive days

Orchestrate the spa schedule and ensure proper guest flow, as well as Spa Concierge coverage account for peak and non-peak days

Train Spa Concierge team members on all aspects of the Spa Concierge role

Use spa metrics and KPIs to develop initiatives and coaching that help the spa meet hospitality related goals

Work cooperatively with service provider leads to improve workflows for seamless operations

Ensure a positive, consistent experience for guests and team members alike

Support the Spa Coordinator and use weekly meetings and constant communication to share ideas, execute tasks in a timely manner, and convey the needs of the team and spa as related to the hospitality side of the business
