As a member of the Sharkey’s CUT CREW, you are more than a stylist — you are a key part of creating a fun, stress-free haircut experience for kids and families. CUT CREW stylists deliver high-quality haircuts while keeping kids engaged, smiling, and comfortable from start to finish.

✂️ Core Responsibilities (CUT CREW Role)

Perform professional haircuts for children (newborn through teens)

Create a positive, upbeat experience for kids and parents

Follow Sharkey’s haircut standards and service flow

Communicate clearly with parents about haircut preferences

Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality

Sanitize tools and maintain a clean, safe workstation

Support fellow CUT CREW members as a team player

📋 Qualifications

Valid Oklahoma Cosmetology or Barber License (required)
