    JOB DESCRIPTION – Superintendent (Night Shift | Healthcare / MEP Focus)

    • Responsibilities:
      Oversee night shift construction operations on an occupied medical facility, focusing heavily on MEP upgrades, quality control (QA/QC), and maintaining strict safety and infection control standards while coordinating closely with the day-shift foreman and project team
    • Responsibilities:
      Lead communication with owners, inspectors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution in an active healthcare environment, while driving schedule, resolving field issues, and maintaining high standards of workmanship
    • Responsibilities:
      Manage subcontractors and union crews on-site, ensuring proper sequencing, coordination, and productivity while maintaining clear documentation and reporting across all phases of construction
    • Project Types:
      Healthcare and public works projects including occupied medical renovations, MEP upgrades, and upcoming ground-up community-focused facilities (offices, community centers, and recreational spaces); strong emphasis on healthcare environments over tilt-up, residential, or school projects.
