The Role

As a Lead Swim Instructor, you’ll teach swim lessons to children and adults (as young as 3 months old) using our fun, gentle, and structured methods.

You don’t need to be an expert instructor—we train you. What matters most is your energy, reliability, and willingness to learn.

You’ll play a direct role in helping kids build confidence in the water and learn life-saving skills.

Available Schedule

Evenings: Monday–Wednesday (4:45 PM – 8:00 PM)

Sundays: (10:15 AM – 2:30 PM)

Ideal for balancing classes, studying, and social life

What You Need

Comfortable in the water with basic swimming ability

Positive, outgoing personality

Reliable and able to commit to a consistent schedule

Bonus If You Have

Experience working with kids or tutoring

Customer service experience

Lifeguard/CPR/AED certification (or willingness to get certified during training)
