Lead Teacher (2-Year-Old Classroom) Location: The Learning Experience – Columbus Circle, New York, NY Pay: $22–$25 per hour Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Columbus Circle is seeking an experienced Lead Twos Teacher to guide our 2-year-old classroom during this important stage of development.
Responsibilities
Lead a 2-year-old classroom with structure, consistency, and warmth Implement lessons aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum Support language development, independence, and peer interaction Guide toileting routines and classroom transitions Collaborate with assistant teachers to maintain classroom excellence Communicate regularly with families about progress and milestones Maintain compliance with NYC childcare licensing requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education required Minimum 90 credits in Early Childhood Education required Experience working with toddlers required Lead teacher experience strongly preferred Must meet NYC childcare licensing requirements
