Lead Toddler Teacher (Ages 12–24 Months) Location: The Learning Experience – Manassas City, VA Pay: $17–$19 per hour Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

About the Role

The Learning Experience – Manassas City is hiring a nurturing Lead Toddler Teacher to support children during an important stage of early development. This classroom emphasizes early language exposure, movement, and social-emotional growth through hands-on learning experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead a toddler classroom with consistent routines and responsive care

Support developmental milestones through sensory play and guided interaction

Maintain a safe, structured classroom environment

Partner with assistant teachers to ensure smooth daily operations

Communicate regularly with families about routines and progress

Follow all Virginia licensing and safety standards

Qualifications

High school diploma required

Childcare experience required

Toddler classroom experience preferred

Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements
