About the Role:

Join Kids Academy of Worthington as a Lead Teacher/Float, where you will inspire young minds and create a nurturing environment for learning. This dynamic role allows you to engage with children across various age groups while fostering their development and creativity.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to children's developmental needs.

Supervise and support students in various classroom settings and activities.

Collaborate with fellow educators to ensure a cohesive and enriching learning experience.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress.

Assist in assessing and documenting children's growth and development.

Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of all students.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

High School Diploma minimum

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.

Experience working with young children in an educational setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a diverse classroom.
