    💼 Lead Teacher Responsibilities:

    Plan, present, and evaluate fun, developmentally appropriate learning experiences

    Ensure a safe, nurturing classroom environment

    Support social-emotional development and foster curiosity

    Provide excellent communication and customer service to families

    Collaborate with other teachers and school leadership

    Model professionalism and compassion in all situations

    ✅ What We’re Looking For:

    Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)

    CDA credential (preferred)

    Minimum 2 years of early childhood experience

    Completed all state-required pre-service training

    Strong communication skills with both children and adults

    Ability to stay calm, organized, and positive in a fast-paced environment

    Able to lift up to 50 lbs for child safety and emergencies (including cribs for infants)

    Eligible background check clearance
