About the Role:

Join our vibrant team at Kids 'R' Kids Keller as a Lead Teacher in our Preschool program! This is an exciting opportunity to nurture young minds in a loving and engaging environment while fostering creativity and learning.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Lead daily activities, including arts and crafts, group times, and outdoor play.

Monitor children's progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians.

Teach self help skills (ie potty training, hand washing, dressing themselves, problem solving skills, etc)

Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies.

Maintain accurate records of children's attendance and assessments.

Engage with parents through regular communication and involvement opportunities.

Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and safety standards.

Requirements:

Must have a high school diploma or GED, CDA a plus

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool or childcare setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with children and families.

Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

First Aid and CPR certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.

Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training.
