Lead Teacher (Preschool, PreK, Wobbler, or Float)

We are hiring 4 Lead Teachers—and we are intentional about who we bring onto our team.

This is not a role for someone looking to “just get through the day.” This is for someone who wants to lead a classroom, grow professionally, and be part of a program that truly supports both children and teachers.

If you are dependable, growth-minded, and take pride in your work—we want to meet you.

    The Opportunity

We are currently hiring full-time Lead Teachers for:

Preschool (up to 20 students, 2 staff)

PreK (up to 20 students, 2 staff)

Wobbler (young toddler classroom, up to 14 students, 2 staff)

Float Teacher (supporting classrooms with leadership and consistency)

You will be trusted to run your classroom with structure, intention, and professionalism—while being supported by systems that set you up for success.

Weekly planning time (minimum 1 hour) + additional time during key seasons

    2+ hours/month paid professional development

You’ll have meaningful, positive parent interactions—not just quick handoffs

Early Advantage is a school family—not just a childcare center. If that kind of environment matters to you, you’ll feel it here.
