What You’ll Do as a Lead Teacher:

Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum

Foster meaningful relationships with children and families

Collaborate with teammates to develop creative activities

Communicate daily with parents about their child’s day and development

Maintain a safe, welcoming, and enriching classroom environment

What We’re Looking For:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) preferred

CDA certification preferred

1–2 years of classroom experience

Completion of state-required pre-service training

Excellent communication and classroom management skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed for child safety
