Your Role as a Lead Teacher: You’ll coordinate classroom operations, plan and deliver engaging educational and recreational activities, and work directly with children and families to provide exceptional care and service.

Qualifications:
Associate or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
CDA credential (preferred)
1–2 years of prior experience in early childhood education (preferred)
Completed state-required pre-service training (preferred)
Strong communication skills with children, families, and colleagues
Ability to multitask and remain calm in busy environments
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and support child safety needs
Must meet background check requirements
