    We are seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children through engaging curriculum and compassionate care.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Plan, implement, and assess age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote child development in cognitive, emotional, social, and physical areas.

    Establish and maintain a nurturing, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.

    Foster strong relationships with children, families, and staff, promoting open communication and collaboration.

    Monitor and document children's progress, communicating regularly with parents regarding their child's development.

    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that complies with all licensing and health standards.

    Ensure compliance with all state and local early childhood education regulations and school policies.

    Support children's well-being, including providing meals and snacks in accordance with food safety guidelines.

    Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices.

    Act as a mentor and role model for assistant teachers and support staff.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of 6 months of experience in early childhood education.

    CPR & First Aid Certification.

    Current Food Handler’s Certification.

    Passion for working with young children and a commitment to fostering their growth and development.

    Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to the needs of children and families.

    Must pass a background check in accordance with state licensing requirements.
