    Responsibilities

    Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment where children can learn and grow

    Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum®

    Plan engaging activities that support cognitive, social, and emotional development

    Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom

    Communicate regularly with families about their child’s progress

    Work collaboratively with teachers and center leadership

    Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations

    Teachers may work with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool classrooms depending on experience and center needs.

    Qualifications

    Must be 18 years or older

    Experience working in a childcare center or preschool preferred

    CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, or degree preferred

    Must meet Florida licensing requirements for childcare staff

    Strong communication and classroom management skills

    Passion for working with young children

    Physical Requirements

    Ability to stand, walk, and actively supervise children throughout the day

    Lift up to 40 pounds

    Engage with children on the floor, playground, and classroom environment

    Maintain alertness and attentiveness to ensure child safety
