Lead Preschool Teacher – Full-Time | $17-18/hr

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday Age Group: Toddlers / Preschool (2 – 3 years old) Pay: $17 - $18 per hour

What You’ll Do:

Lead, coach, and mentor assistant teachers in your classroom, modeling best practices.

Manage classroom operations, ensuring a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment.

Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® tailored to individual children’s needs.

Build strong, positive relationships with families through daily communication.

Support center success by collaborating with leadership to meet enrollment and engagement goals.

Inspire children to explore, discover, and grow through play-based learning.

Qualifications:

1+ year professional teaching experience preferred (6 months required)

Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (preferred)

Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)

CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)

Meets all state childcare licensing requirements
