What You’ll Do

As a Lead Teacher, you will guide your classroom while creating a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment for children.

Responsibilities include:

Leading daily classroom activities and learning experiences

Implementing our engaging curriculum

Creating a warm, nurturing classroom environment

Communicating with parents about their child’s development

Working collaboratively with teachers and leadership

Ensuring a safe and organized classroom

What We’re Looking For

18 years or older

High School Diploma or GED required

Experience working with children in a childcare, preschool, or daycare setting preferred

Passion for early childhood education

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Ability to stand, move, and actively engage with children throughout the day

Ability to supervise children indoors and outdoors
